I meditate to stop my busy-brain from driving me crazy.
To me, meditation means turning off my thinking brain and turning on my five senses. It can be that simple, if you let it. But if you’re used to letting your brain run on overdrive, then slowing it down will take time and practice. The best gift you can give yourself is patience.
