Chicken in milk? Sounds weird enough to try. Except I didn’t have any milk so I used almond milk. Here’s the Miinkay Yu version of this recipe.
2 chicken breasts, 2 chicken legs
~1ish cup of almond milk, bunch of sage, lemon zest, 1 cinammon stick, galic, salt, pepper
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Brown chicken in dutch oven. Then add all the ingredients and cook covered in oven for 1.5 hrs. Remove lid for last 20 mins if you would like a little roasting on the skin.
I added broccoli in the end and just let the residual heat cook it through. I’m happy to say this turned out pretty yummy.
