Workout Log

Gym today for 1hr.
Was feeling pretty full and sluggish so I did a medley of things. 5mins on treadmill, 5 on stairs, 5 on elliptical, jump rope, abs, push ups, jump rope, more abs, abs again, different way to work abs, treadmill again, abs, jump rope.

Handful of almonds, plum, water.
